They feature established and new designers and you’ll find work from Charles and Ray Eames, Verner Panton, Arne Jacobsen and Le Corbusier.
This is a family business which began back in 1964 on the King’s Road with a tiny shop opened by Zeev Aram, a trained interior and furniture designer with a vision. Zeev was certainly ahead of his time and had a strong belief that chintz was on the way out and modern living on the way in. Today, Zeev’s children – Daniel and Ruth Aram continue to deliver their father’s passion for design.
Aram holds the worldwide license for Eileen Gray designs and is the only UK source for authentic products. Eileen Gray was one of the first women to be admitted to the Slade School of Art back in 1898. She then moved to Paris, trained in Japanese lacquer and established herself as one of the leading designers in lacquered screens and decorative panels. Ruth Aram has selected 5 pieces from the Eileen Gray collection to give you an idea of what’s on offer …

The expansive building has 4 floors dedicated contemporary design.
