While exploring the area, I tried Breakfast at England’s Lane Café, Belsize Park London NW3. You’ll find them on the corner of idyllic England’s Lane, hence the name. They serve delightful Antipodean-inspired food. Whether you fancy healthy Organic Oats, Smashed Avocado on Toast or go all out on the fabulous French Toast, everything is super tasty. If you’re looking for the best places to eat Breakfast in Belsize Park or cafés on England’s Lane, it’s a must-visit Breakfast and Brunch spot.
“You’ll want to eat everything on England’s Lane Café menu. From morning to noon, they offer delectable Breakfast and Brunch dishes and tempting cakes in the heart of Belsize Park,” Homegirl London.
Breakfast Menu At England’s Lane Café Belsize Park
Start the day right with the Superfood Granola topped with Berries, Greek Yoghurt, and a drizzle of Honey. They also have Organic Oat Porridge with your preferred Milk for a wholesome and organic choice.
Indulge your sweet tooth with a Croissant or Morning Pastry. If you want to go large, try the Gluten-Free Blueberry Waffles, served with Maple Syrup, Berries, and a dollop of Greek Yoghurt. I couldn’t resist trying the French Toast with Raspberry Coulis and Vanilla Yoghurt; it looked exceptionally pretty on the plate with its dusting of red sugar.
There’s the Aussie favourite, Smashed Avocado on Toast, for those craving something savoury. This version is pimped up with Feta, Pomegranate, Aleppo Chili and Seeds. The Gluten-Free Sweetcorn Fritters, accompanied by Avocado, Tomato Jam, and Mayonnaise, are another great choice.
Egg lovers can rejoice with the wide variety of Free-Range Organic Egg options. Many options exist, from Soft Boiled Eggs to Royale, Benedict, Breakfast Bun or Scrambled Egg inside a Bagel. I sampled the Shakshuka with a rich Tomatoey Sauce, which smothered my Eggs.
You can try Curried Cauliflower Steak, Chicken Schnitzel, or Steamed Spring Cabbage with Udon Noodles for Lunch. They also have Salads which all sound tempting, like the Bondi Caesar, Heritage Carrots and Feta, or Superfood Salad. My top tip is to check out the fantastic selection of Cakes; I can recommend the lovely Lemon Drizzle!
