Situated on the ground floor of the Boundary building (hotel, restaurant, bar and events space), you’ll find a stylish bar and brasserie that offers a standout brunch setting in Shoreditch. While their breakfast menu features a classic full English, those craving indulgent eggs with hollandaise sauce, a classic Reuben sandwich, or buttermilk fried chicken with waffles in a relaxed atmosphere will be delighted. If you’re hunting for the best brunch in Shoreditch, reserving a table at The Boundary Bar and Brasserie is sure to please. When I worked in the neighbourhood, I used to dine here frequently (on expenses). It was lovely to return to write a review for my blog rather than discuss a client!
“Fill up on classic egg dishes, stonking sandwiches and tomato soup paired with a cheese toastie as you kick back and relax at the Boundary Bar and Brassiere,” Homegirl London.
Boundary Brunch Menu
During a recent visit, I chose the Florentine eggs and requested that they be well done. When they arrived at my table, they were perfectly cooked, as I had asked, phew! The Hollandaise sauce was impeccable, and the generous helping of wilted spinach added a touch of virtue to the indulgent side of skin-on fries that I couldn’t resist. The fries were outstanding, especially when enjoyed with a classic ketchup dip. If only there were more of them!
Other enticing brunch dishes include smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on sourdough, a hearty Reuben sandwich piled high with pastrami and toppings, or a rich buttermilk fried chicken served alongside waffles, sriracha mayo, and winter slaw. The smashed avocado on toast with pickled chilli is an excellent option for a lighter choice. On a chilly, rainy London day, the comforting cream of tomato soup paired with a cheese toastie provides the perfect warm-up.
