Tucked away just off Carnaby Street, Kingly Court is a vibrant three-storey haven for food and drink. Surrounding a delightful courtyard, it offers a variety of restaurants serving global cuisines. You’ll also discover enticing drinking venues on the ground floor and underground. If you’re searching for the best dining options near Carnaby Street or Regent Street, visit Kingly Court for lunch, dinner, or evening drinks.
“Kingly Court is a must-visit secret haven for food and drink; once you’ve discovered it, you’ll return with friends to explore further,” Homegirl London.
Kingly Court Restaurants and Bars
The ground floor offers a variety of options, including croquetas at Bar Kroketa, plant-based tacos at Club Mexicana, smoky skewers at Goldie’s, juicy burgers at Paradise, upmarket comfort food at Dirty Bones and Greek delights at The Life Goddess.
You can also enjoy Neapolitan pizza at Pizza Pilgrims; I’ve eaten at various branches and always enjoy the vegetarian varieties.
I can also vouch for the vegan ramen at Shoryu.
During my recent visit, I couldn’t resist a cute pink vanilla cupcake at Crumbs & Doilies. They also serve cookies and brownies.
After dark, the bars spring to life. Cahoots evokes 1940s nostalgia with its underground cocktail bar and ticket hall pub. Disrepute and Nightjar Underground expertly blend crafted drinks with a chic, vintage atmosphere for a dash of glamour.
The first floor continues this flavour-packed journey, with Oka serving stunning sushi and Pan-Asian cuisine and Señor Ceviche delighting with vibrant Peruvian flavours.
On the second floor, Darjeeling Express serves home-style Indian dishes with heart. I’ve dined there before with my neighbours and had a wonderful lunch. I recommend their chilli cheese toastie, special momos, and veggie curries. Everything is tasty, so whatever you order, you’ll be happy.
I took advantage of the set lunch menu at the Korean Dinner Party and sampled the pickle dog and the build-your-own cauliflower tacos.
Also, on this level, Imad’s Syrian Kitchen serves soulful plates full of warmth and spice, and Le Bab elevates kebabs without the grease!
