Start your day off right with their Breakfast Bowls. I tried and enjoyed their House Bircher Muesli with Apple, Yogurt, and Cinnamon; it was satisfying and flavourful. You can also choose from other Yogurt options like Berry Compote with Blueberries and Granola or Blueberries with Bircher. Warm up with their Apple or Blueberry Porridge if it’s chilly outside. The Fruit selection varies depending on the season, ensuring a delightful taste. For those who prefer savoury options, the Breakfast Bowl filled with Quinoa, Kale, Grated Carrot, House Dressing, Hummus, Pickled Onions, and Boiled Egg is great.
When lunchtime arrives, explore their Salad Bowls, which are numbered rather than named. For example, Bowl 13 consists of Hispi Cabbage, Cucumber, Broccoli, Spicy Shoyu Dressing, Crispy Shallots and Roasted Tomatoes. Bowl 14 offers Rice, Rocket, Broccoli, Mint Yogurt, Dukka, Feta and Crispy Shallots. In Bowl 15, you’ll find Kale, Hispi Cabbage, Carrot, Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Shallot, Smashed Peas and Jalapeno Hummus. These bowls showcase slight variations in seasonal ingredients that change throughout the season. You can also add extras like an Egg or Chicken. I tried a bowl with Hummus that was so fresh and yummy that I couldn’t wait to return to try another.
Quench your thirst with their selection of Smoothies. Try the Choc, a blend of Cocoa Powder, Oats, Yogurt, Salted Caramel, Date and Milk. If you’re feeling green, go for the Kale, Spinach, Apple, Cucumber and Oat Milk in the Green smoothie. The Summer Berry option combines Berries with Oats, Yogurt, Honey and Oat Milk. Nut lovers can enjoy Peanut Butter with Date, Oat, Yogurt and Milk in the Nut smoothie. I opted for their blend of Carrot, Apple Juice and Ginger; it was delicious. On a hot day, cool down with the refreshing Berry Slushie, made with Mixed Berries, Apple Juice and lots of Ice.
Don’t forget to try their coffee as well, I had a lovely Latte, and they also offer classics like Espresso and Iced options.
