This store showcases Tom Dixon’s lighting, furniture and accessories. I’ll start with a few of his pendant lights, which are incredibly creative and often futuristic. The ‘Beat’ collection comprises black external surfaces paired with golden interiors. These come in various shapes, which can be grouped to create impact. The beautiful brass ‘Void’ pendants have a smooth and smart form which conceals the light source. ‘Melt’ shades are layered with a translucent pigment to achieve a reflective surface. For something unusual, check out the Gold Mirror Ball Stand Chandelier. Floor lamps, table lamps, wall, surface, bathroom and kitchen lighting are also available. Materials featured for the lighting collection include copper, brass, marble and even felt.

Furniture includes a series of dining tables, coffee tables, café tables, side tables, console tables and desks. You can configure your table by choosing a base shape such as the ‘Fan’ or ‘Screw’ design. Select a top made from polished brass, marble (green and white) or oak (natural, black and fumed). Then, decide on the size and shape and have the perfect table. The desks are designed for one, two, four or six people to work, which is ideal for startup companies who want to impress their staff and clients!

Tape dispensers, staplers, and pens are also available to dress your desk for success.

Wow is what you’ll think as soon as you walk through the doors of this spacious showroom. Spread throughout a series of connecting red brick industrial arches; you get to browse the Dixon creations up close. There is very little in the way of shop fittings; everything is kept to the absolute minimum. This gives you the sense that you’re in an art gallery instead of an interior shop, which is very apt. It’s a sensational store for any design lover, so visit soon!
