I’m going to be reviewing London streets with a great selection of eateries and today it’s Leather Lane, London EC1.  This street is perfect for week day grazing because you have permanent restaurants lining the street plus the food stalls and trucks.  I’m not going to mention every eatery but I’ll showcase quite a few to give you a flavour of what you can expect to find.  There’s also a market in operation selling leather bags, plus fruit and veg.

It’s a great place to check out if you’re working nearby or in the area for a meeting.  I’d also recommend visiting if you’re a tourist because you can sample a cross section of cuisines – Middle Eastern, Mexican, Asian and British.  There are also 2 cool coffee joints, plenty of salad bars, falafel and wraps.  The best days to visit are during the week and also during lunch hours when the stalls and food trucks are open – they seem to pack up by about 3pm.

Leather Lane is very near Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations.  I travelled to Farringdon station and if you exit on Farringdon Road, cross over to Greville Street, walk up the hill, cross over Hatton Garden and its right in to Leather Lane

Down the middle of the road you have the market and food stalls; Mexican, Moroccan, Indian plus healthy salads, fresh juices and smoothies, here’s a selection of what’s on offer
