My East London Home Buyer Event Preview
I was lucky enough to get a tour around the New Union Wharf development. I saw inside 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments which were all good sizes considering the location and price points. Many apartments have amazing views across the Thames, towards Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena. Even on a dull day in February, the view was stunning.
New Union Wharf 3 Bed Apartment
The interiors are contemporary with wonderful wooden floorboards and underfloor heating. Each apartment had ample sized cupboard to be used as a laundry room and storage for large items such as suitcases. The kitchens are fitted with handless cabinets with integrated appliances plus a full-size dishwasher which is a must for me! Windows were double glazed with pivotal openings for ease of cleaning.
New Union Wharf Balcony
The balconies were larger than I thought they would be, some had ‘winter gardens’ which are glazed balconies with bi-fold glass. The landscaped communal gardens are lovely. If you want to keep fit, you can cycle to work and store your bike in the ground floor storage units.
I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did!
