Holly Wilson is the founder of Prep which she opened in 2015 after spotting a gap in the market. This independent kitchenware shop caters to Stokie locals and weekend visitors who are there exploring the North London eateries, the Farmers Market and events at Abney Hall.

This shop is located on pretty Stoke Newington Church Street, which has a village feel. You will probably be enticed inside Prep by the large glass shop window displaying desirable kitchenware items. On entry, you are greeted with designer coffee pots and ceramic tableware displays. Make sure you venture downstairs to the basement, where you will find plenty more items to view. The interiors are minimal, with wooden floors and plain light grey painted walls. Take your time to browse because there is a lot to see.

The current opening times are Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am until 5.30 pm, and Sunday from 11 am until 5 pm.
