Sugo: The Sugo Sandwich is their signature dish which is served in an open ciabatta. We tried Nonna’s Broccoli which is their vegan version, and others were Pesto Chicken, Melting Meatballs or Lamb Ragu. These ingredients can be placed in a box with brown rice if you’re avoiding bread. You can add Popcorn Arancini and Chickpea Fries.
