I’ve really got a big crush on coral colour geometric cushion designs. Coral is such a pleasing colour for the summer which can range from a soft pinkish orange shade to bolder pinkish reds. While browsing online I’ve noticed a steady stream of coral colour cushions, many of which feature strong geometric patterns. I’ve picked out five of my favourite coral colour geometric cushion designs from Etsy UK to share with you.

Geometric cushion designs – coral colours
Lynn Watt (of Ribbon Real) is a Brighton based designer who makes absolutely beautiful cushions from rare and genuine Japanese kimonos. This particular one dates back to the 1970s. The Retro Geometric Japanese Kimono Cushion in Coral Pink and White has been hand-printed with an off white star burst design. I love the fact that Lynn has found a way to preserve these exquisite garments which have been damaged and thus are no longer wearable. The measurements are 35cm x 35cm – £26.53 from Lynn Watt at Etsy UK.
Geometric Cushion – Retro Geometric Design
Bead and Reel has a wide selection of decorative cushions featuring adorable colours and funky patterns – triangles, damask and chevron. I’ve picked out the Coral Red Greek Key Cushion which features a striking geometric design. The flip side is in an off white colour and the fabric is a linen blend. The measurements are 45cm x 45cm – £10.85 from Bead and Reel at Etsy UK.

The Pillow People have really gone to town with the coral colour. This set of four examples gives you a taste of what to expect from their collection. You get a mix of interesting patterns set against a white background which appears on both sides. Closures are in the form of a deep envelope to ensure inserts are not visible. The measurements are 45cm x 45cm – £41.07 from The Pillow People at Etsy UK.
Geometric Cushion – Mixed Pattern Designs
Black Eyed Susie often uses coral colours in her cushion making. Here is the Coral Chain Link Cushion which decorates the cotton fabric on one side. You’ll also find other geometric plus chevron patterns available by this designer. The measurements are 45cm x 45cm – £22.12 from Black Eyed Susie at Etsy UK.

Rare Fragment creates unique and practical home accessories. The owner, Julie Hassall, absolutely loves fabric and vintage styling with a sprinkle of femininity. I’ve selected her Tatami Coral and Cotton Sateen Cushion. Tatami is the mat used for covering floors in traditional Japanese rooms which were originally made from rice straw. This design is featured on one side while the reverse is a block coral. The measurements are 43 x 43cm – £17.48 from Rare Fragment at Etsy UK.

Geometric cushion designs – complementary colours for coral
These coral colour geometric designs would work well with white and natural wood Scandinavian furniture. It also looks fabulous against taupe as you can see from these cushions from Ellen’s Alley at Etsy UK.
Coral and Taupe Stripes
Teal is the official complementary colour for coral so a sofa in this shade would be ideal. Navy blue also coordinates well as you can see from this coral and blue birds cushion and lamp shade designed by Nadia Taylor. This is available from Lampara Lampshades.
